Yet another over-used resource is being so rapidly depleted that we are in real danger of running completely out within the next year.  Like is so commonly inserted between every few words spoken, you’d think we had endless supplies.  Consumers of like are mostly teens and twenty somethings, but recently many older people have jumped on the bandwagon, becoming avid users of like.  If the trend continues we will find ourselves dependent on a foreign equivalent.  Do we really want that?

I just can’t stand to see such waste and misuse of this precious resource.  It’s like I feel like I’m gonna like scream if I like hear such, you know, like waste.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we may be at the point of no return on ever being able to replenish our supplies of like.  Among other resources that are also becoming more scarce but possibly still salvageable are:

  • you know
  • know what I’m sayin’
  • DUH!

I implore you to use these sparingly.  Once they’re gone, they’re GONE!

I’m like just saying.
