Whorechurch,
I found this scary, but not at all surprising. It peaked my interest enough to make me want to read the book (which is what I’m sure the video intended).
But, I have an inquiring mind and inquiring minds want to know.

My opinion of the video (not the book since I haven’t read it yet) is that it fits nicely with many people’s assumptions.
It makes sweeping indictments which I hope are well documented and supported in the book. I have read so much conspiracy stuff that I am very skeptical of this type of information.

We’d all be of the intelligent design mindset were it not for healthy skepticism. I agree with you, I had similar thoughts, but still think it will make in interesting read.
